Policy
Delivery & Revision Policy
Version 2026-10-29
When work starts
- By law you usually have a 7-day cooling-off period after ordering online. Unless you ask us at checkout to start sooner, we begin work after that period ends.
- If you ticked the optional "start now" box at checkout, we may begin as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Paying for an order does not by itself mean you have asked us to start early.
Delivery
- All work is delivered digitally by email or download link. Nothing is shipped physically.
- The delivery time listed on each package counts business days from when we confirm your brief, once work is allowed to start.
- Delays in sending materials or feedback extend the timeline by the same amount.
- If we do not deliver within the agreed time for reasons within our control, you may ask us to complete the work or cancel for a refund of the unfinished part, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Revisions
- Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown on its page.
- A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the presented design.
- Changing the brief or starting a new direction counts as new work and is quoted separately.
- If we don't hear from you within 14 days of a delivery, we will send a reminder; if there is still no reply after a further 7 days, the round is treated as approved. Fixing defects is never counted as a revision.
Final files
Final files are supplied in the formats listed for your package. Please keep a copy — we keep project files for about 6 months.
