Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-29

These terms apply to every design service ordered through this website. Please read them before placing an order. They do not limit any rights you have under South African law.

1. Who we are

  • Trading name: Vyro Creative
  • Legal entity: [to be confirmed by the business owner]
  • Registration number: [to be confirmed by the business owner]
  • Address: 7 Clayton Street, Centurion, Gauteng 0157, South Africa
  • Email: studio@vyrocreative.online · Phone: +27 83 895 9898

2. Scope of services

We provide graphic design services as described on each package page. Only the items listed as included form part of your order. Items listed as excluded, or not listed, are not included unless agreed in writing.

3. Orders, quotations and payment

  • Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are paid upfront through our payment provider, Paystack.
  • Your order is accepted only once Paystack confirms the payment to us. A message in your browser alone does not confirm payment.
  • Work begins after the 7-day cooling-off period, unless you expressly ask us at checkout to start sooner. Payment alone is not such a request. Delivery times count from brief confirmation once work may start.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing. No extra charge applies unless you approve it first.

4. Your responsibilities and project brief

  • Provide accurate information about your project, business and goals.
  • Only send logos, images, text and other materials you own or have permission to use.
  • Reply to questions and give feedback in reasonable time. Missing materials or delayed feedback may extend the delivery time.

5. Timelines and delivery

Delivery times are shown on each package and are counted in business days from brief confirmation. All files are delivered digitally. See our Delivery & Revision Policy.

6. Revisions and additional work

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision changes the presented design; a new direction or change of brief is new work and is quoted separately, with your approval required before any charge.

7. Approval of final designs

You approve a design by telling us in writing that it is final, or as described in the Delivery & Revision Policy. Please check spelling, contact details and other content carefully before approving.

8. Intellectual property and ownership

  • Once the order is paid in full and the final design is approved, you own the rights to the final approved deliverables created for you, except for third-party elements described in section 9.
  • Unused concepts, drafts and internal working files are not transferred unless agreed in writing.
  • Materials you supply remain yours. We only use them to complete your project.
  • We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Third-party assets, fonts and stock images

Some designs use fonts, stock images, icons or other licensed materials. These remain owned by their creators and are subject to their own licence terms. We will tell you if a commercial licence must be bought in your name. We cannot grant rights we do not hold.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains your 7-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the ECTA and your remedies for defective, incomplete or undelivered services.

11. Acceptable use and prohibited content

We may decline or stop work on content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's rights, or impersonates another brand. If we stop work for this reason, the Refund Policy applies to any work not yet done.

12. Confidentiality and personal information

We keep your project details confidential and only share them where needed to deliver the service (for example with our payment provider). Personal information is handled under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee sales, advertising results or trademark availability, and our liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the related order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

14. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission, a consumer ombud or a competent court.

15. Contact and changes to these terms

Questions: studio@vyrocreative.online · +27 83 895 9898. We may update these terms; the version shown on the date you placed your order applies to that order, and the version shown above identifies the current terms.
